Description
Bright looking wine with an intoxicating nose with aromas of white flowers, pear, apricot, honey, dry grass... In the mouth, it is fresh, silky, and fleshy, with a long aftertaste and a touch of salt.
Dry white wine made from Muscat of Alexandria, from vineyards located a few meters from the sea on white sandy soils.
Completely handmade production: manual harvest in 10 kg boxes. Fermentation with the vineyard’s native yeasts in small tanks, without clarification or filtering.
Pre-fermentative maceration with skins for 2 to 5 days and low fermentation temperature.
Aging on the lees of the whole tank for 3 months and subsequent maturing of 5 more months on deposit.
