Description
The explosion of red fruits on the nose with shades of flowers, leather, and bush. A complex wine with a lot of freshness, a wide, kind, and long swallowed passage in the mouth.
Red wine from a 100% Giró plot, a variety native to the Marina Alta.
Mountain vineyard in the Sierra de Bernia natural area. One of the highest vineyards in the region, at an altitude of 620 meters and only 6 km from the sea.
Totally handmade production: manual harvest, natural fermentation in small tanks, without clarification or filtering.
Vatted with stems and part of the whole bunch and fermented with the indigenous yeasts of the vineyard itself. The punch-downs were manual and very gentle to control the extraction.
Subsequent maturation of 8 months in stainless steel tanks.
