The Briñones Jam is very little known but wonderful.
Briñones is an ancient fruit that is very typical of the northern part of Spain and grows very well in our Nansa Valley. We have managed to recover some old trees from the estate.
They have a stone-like the Paraguayan one and the nectary and the taste is a bit acidic and bitter. In jam, it is sweet with the acidic touch of the fruit itself.
